Appeal to keep on fulfilling sworn duties for the nation

We have fallen into hard times.  For this reason, I am appealing to the faculty members to keep on fulfilling their duties and responsibilities for the sake of the Filipino nation, with courage but with compassion, without fear but with understanding. 

I am appealing specifically for us to give our students who have been badly affected by the calamities the necessary accommodation to help them cope with their studies.  This is the time to utilize some alternative methods of delivering knowledge. 

In the non-availability of online modes for those affected, you may consider using text messages, the distribution of printed modules, Facebook, Viber, and the like.

The objective is to continue the delivery of knowledge.
