  1. Apply online at ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants
  2. Fill up the Google Form containing the following details:
    • Full Name;
    • Course Applied For;
    • Track;
    • General Point Average in Grade 11;
    • General Point Average in Grade 12 (First Semester);
    • General Point Average of all Mathematics Subjects in Grade 11 and Grade 12;
    • General Point Average of all Science Subjects in Grade 11 and Grade 12;
    • General Point Average of all English Subjects in Grade 11 and Grade 12;
  3. Attach scanned Form 138-A of Grade 11 and Form 138-A of Grade 12.
  4. You may submit anytime from July 20, 2020; 5:00PM. This signifies your intention to enroll and will be included in the next ranking.
  5. You may check the list of qualified applicants for interview at www.tup.edu.ph or at Facebook Page of TUP Office of Admissions - Manila.
