Borrowing Privileges and Policies

For photocopying
Maximum of two (2) books can be borrowed at a time for photocopy for not more than 30 minutes

Note: No photocopying of theses/dissertations/special projects. CD-ROMs, DVDs, maps, globes, posters or charts may be borrowed for classroom use only.

For overnight loans

• Only one book is allowed for overnight use and it is issued from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. only
• Overnight loans shall be returned on or before 9:00a.m. the next school day
• No overnight loans during the first two weeks and last two weeks of the semester.

Fiction books may be borrowed for one week.

Note:
The Library reserves the right to recall all loaned books even before due date, or any materials being used in case of very urgent need by the faculty, students, and staff or any official of the University or the Library itself.
