Library and Learning Resources


The University Library of the Technological University of the Philippines - Manila is located on the Ground Floor of the Arts and Sciences Building.

Textbooks, reference books, interest and hobby books magazines and other periodicals can be found at the library of the University. All students are required to apply for a library card which will give them access to the use its various facilities.

Library Hours
On School Days Monday to Friday 7:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.
  Saturday 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
On Vacation Period Monday to Friday 8:00a.m. to 12:00n.n.
1:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.


How to apply for library card:
  • Present registration form or student ID to the Librarian-In-Charge
  • Submit two (2) ID pictures
  • Fill up the forms to be given by the Librarian-In-Charge.
  • Pay P15.00 for the lamination of your borrower’s card.
  • Come back on the date specified by the librarian-in-charge and claim your laminated borrower’s card by presenting again your registration form or student ID.
