President's Christmas Message

Christmas, while a time of great rejoicing, is also an opportune time for reflection. Certainly, there are many good things to be grateful about notwithstanding the seemingly insurmountable challenges and obstacles that had confronted us. Let us, therefore, count our blessings instead of our misfortunes, our triumphs instead of our failures.
As we celebrate Christmas which commemorates the coming of the Savior two thousand years ago, we should look back at the past with gratitude and forward to the future with hope. It is also a time to give, forgive and renew our commitment to our loved ones which is the very essence of the celebration of Christ’s birth.
Our University had its share of blessings for which we should all be thankful. But more than this, it is my fervent hope that our institution will grow and prosper in mutual love, respect and caring for one another acknowledging that good human relationships are indispensable towards the attainment of our goals and objectives.
I wish all the members of the TUP family a joyful Christmas and a blessed New Year!
